Learning & Training Coordinator

Part-Time (14 hours/week | 56 hours/month)

Compensation: : $23.00 – $26.00 per hour hour

Position Overview

The Learning & Training Coordinator supports the growth and resilience of the nonprofit sector
by designing and delivering accessible, relevant, and high-quality learning opportunities for
Volunteer Victoria members and the broader community. This role is responsible for coordinating
workshops, training programs, and peer learning spaces that strengthen volunteer engagement
and organizational capacity. With a strong focus on collaboration and responsiveness to
community needs, the coordinator ensures learning opportunities are inclusive, practical, and
grounded in current sector realities.
