Stage Based Volunteering Project

Volunteer Victoria is interested in learning more about older adults and their volunteering experiences and needs. If you are over the age of 50 and live in Greater Victoria we would love to hear from you!

Please complete this short survey and/or sign up to be in a focus group to share your experiences and observations about volunteering at different stages and ages.

A number of Focus Groups will be held across Victoria in November and December. The events are designed to engage seniors in conversations about how they volunteer and what they need to continue to volunteer. We hope you will join us at a focus group session on:

The Stage Based Volunteer Project is a one-year study funded by the New Horizons For Seniors Program, United Way of Greater Victoria, and VanCity. All of the survey results will be collated and a report will be published in March 2017.
