DESCRIPTION:Discovering the Healing Powers of Youth-Led Influence & Advocacy \n\n\n\nJoin us from 12:00-3:30 PM\, Sunday\, May 26th at the Fort Tectoria Rocket Lounge for this youth gathering and discover your extraordinary potential to make a real difference with your peers and in your community while finding healing in the process. \n\n\n\n\nEat great food\, have fun\, and connect with other youth in safe and funky downtown tech space\n\n\n\nParticipate in interactive discussion about what loss and grief is\, the impacts on young people and coping strategies.\n\n\n\nLearn how you can be a supportive and empathetic friend to someone experiencing loss\n\n\n\nDiscover how talking openly about grief\, amplifying your voice and youth-advocacy can help process grief and contribute to healing.\n\n\n\nYouth who produce and share a video at the event will also receive a letter confirming volunteer time.\n\n\n\n\nWe are so excited for you to join us.  \n\n\n\nRegister HERE.
