The Executive Director’s Network provides the most senior staff leader in non-profit organizations with opportunities to:

• connect with peers
• advocate for change
• engage in learning and professional development
• strengthen our knowledge of existing programs and services
• reduce professional isolation and duplication
• identify potential opportunities and partners across the whole scope of the sector
To expand the range of services provided to the Executive Director Network, Volunteer Victoria offers:
• regular learning and professional development opportunities delivered by subject matter experts in a workshop format
• more frequent – but less formal – monthly meet and mingle gatherings
• quarterly meetings to address sector-wide issues (something to think about?)
