Hello, I was wondering if in criminal record check in which has a 'may or may not exist' comment on category 4, there is a way to have that pardoned and/or erased, or if you could assist me on how to manage the impact it may have on a counselling school application.

Thanks!

AVI received some information that makes it appear that Criminal Record Checks are now being done centrally in BC through the Minstry of Public Safety and Solicitor General in the Criminal Records Review Program. Do you have any information about whether we need to change the instructions we give volunteers about the CRC? My understanding is that the CRC and the vulnerable persons check is combined.

Any information you have to clarify would be very much appreciated. thanks
